February 2008 Dear Mr. Tony Marble - My wife and I wanted to let you know how pleased we were to have you involved when we recently purchased our home in Brentwood, TN. Your your knowledge, attention to detail, and sound advice was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise because you were actually representing the seller, not us. While we had our own representation in the transaction, we felt that your even-handed assessment of pros and cons of each issue was invaluable. On several occasions you went well out of your way to get information for us or solve an issue. For example, when we had questions about the HVAC system you brought in a licensed contractor to examine it and discuss its replacement. When we had questions about the landscaping you put us in touch with the person who had taken care of it. Repeatedly you served both your seller and us in an honest and straightforward manner. October 30, 2004 To: Potential Client of Tony Marble From: Linda and Ken Wood We met Tony in 1999, when he was representing our neighbors (who had already been transferred) in the sale of their home. Tony stopped by regularly to check up on their house. One evening, we found Tony and his wife Mary in our neighbors´ front yard, picking weeds from their flower bed. That´s service! Right away, we knew who would be selling our home. When it came time to list our home this Fall, we called Tony. Right away, he provided us with valuable information that helped us prepare our home for sale. He helped us determine a fair asking price.
